Account Management

At the core of the Packaging Unlimited experience is the Project Management staff and process. Project Management plans and oversees the execution of your project from design to delivery insuring that your project objectives are met or exceeded.

Account Team
 
At the initiation of a new project, the Account Team meets to review all aspects of the project from concept to consumer to ensure that all customer requirements are communicated and understood. Dedicated cross-functional project teams include all areas of the operation-Project Management, Design, Engineering, Planning, Production, Quality, Warehousing, and Logistics-providing critical inputs from all perspectives of the business.

Account Administration

Working closely with you and the product specifications, each new product is administered to engineer quality into the production process. A required quality review is mandated prior to the job moving to the production floor, and this process addresses and eliminates anomalies that could adversely affect your project’s success.
